In most luxury homes, the automation comes from one company, the lighting from another, the curtains from a third and the shading from a fourth, which means four drawings, four site teams and no one who is genuinely accountable for how it all comes together.
Alvis Homes is built to close that gap bringing automation, lighting, fabrics, shading, security and service onto a single plan delivered by a single team that stays responsible long after the handover. We are able to work this way because we began in interiors rather than electronics, on the eighteen-year foundation of Altavista Living and sixteen years alongside Lutron, where precision was never a preference but a requirement.
From interiors came the eye, from Lutron came the discipline, from Moorgen came the intelligence, and from all three came the standard we hold every residence to, because a luxury home is never built by products alone but by judgement, coordination, precision and the willingness to remain responsible once the work is done.

Mr. Tushar Shah
Director
Tushar Shah began his career in textiles straight after graduation, though it took him only six months to recognise where his real opportunity lay. He moved into chemicals manufacturing, and what followed was a forty-year career built on spotting the right industry at the right moment.
After establishing a successful chemicals business, he founded the Alta Vista Group and expanded into furniture. Two years later he launched Lighting Management Systems, the decision that opened the door to home automation and shaped everything the business has become since.
His partnership with Lutron, fabricating shading systems, gave him rare depth across both lighting control and smart home technology. Over the years he has introduced products that improve how a home works and how it feels, and his relationships with the industry’s leading names continue to define the standard Alvis Homes holds today.
Mr. Dwij Shah
Director
Dwij Shah represents the next generation of leadership at Alvis Homes. He studied finance at a leading institution in Canada, an experience that gave him both a strong academic grounding and a genuinely global perspective on how businesses grow.
Working closely alongside his father and Madhusudan Sharma, he is learning the business from those who built it while bringing his own thinking to how it moves forward. His background in financial analysis and business development is helping the company approach expansion with clarity and discipline.
His focus is straightforward. Protect the standard that took decades to establish, and find the opportunities that will carry it into the years ahead.
Mr. M. Sharma
Director
Madhusudan Sharma, known to most as Maddy, brings over twenty years of international experience across project management, sales, key accounts and operations. A mechanical engineer with an MBA in marketing, he has held leadership roles at some of the industry’s most respected names, including Lutron Electronics, Otis, Schindler and Kone.
That background has taken him across India, the Middle East and Southeast Asia, managing large-scale projects and building businesses in markets that each demanded a different approach. What has stayed consistent throughout is his ability to understand what a client actually needs and shape a solution around it, rather than the other way around.
As CEO of Alvis Homes, he leads the company’s growth across product sourcing, market expansion and business development in both India and the Middle East. His focus is on building a company that clients trust for the long term, not simply one that installs well on the day.
